PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Luxury residential building built on the banks of the river Željeznica in the center of Ilidža. The building has 18 apartments and a penthouse spread over 7 floors. Each apartment offers an incredible view of the river, the surrounding green oases, and the mountains Igman, Bjelašnica and Trebevic.The design was entrusted to the best architects, in order to ensure full functionality and use of space, and the highest quality materials were used for its construction. The building has 3 types of apartments with areas of 45, 85 and 125m2. The Kilim restaurant was opened on the ground floor, which in a short time became one of the most visited restaurants in Ilidža.
